Shared Care Model
Pregnancy care can begin as soon as you’re pregnant, no referral is required. Lizzie will arrange your referral to your local hospital for shared care, including labour and birth care. Postnatal care is provided up to 7 weeks post birth. Appointments are bulk billed with Medicare. If you do not have Medicare, please make contact to discuss costs. Care is planned in partnership and aligns with ACM National Midwifery Guidelines for Consultation and Referral and WA Health Pregnancy Care Guidelines.
