I provide pregnancy and postnatal care within a Shared Care Model. This means your care includes a planned hospital birth, giving you the best of both worlds — community based continuity of midwifery care alongside access to hospital maternity services.

As an Endorsed Midwife, I can:

• Help plan your care & referrals

• Order and interpret pregnancy bloods and ultrasounds

• Prescribe medications within scope

• Collaborate and communicate with hospital and healthcare providers, with your consent

Care is guided by informed choice and professional standards, with timely referral or escalation if your needs change to ensure safe, responsive care.
